Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for records in M.P.No.13 of 2011 in the court of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur and quash the proceedings against the petitioners.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for records in M.P.No.13 of 2011 in the court of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur and quash the proceedings against the petitioners.
2. It is seen that when the matter was taken up on 31.01.2014 "for admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was posted on 30.06.2017 and again he took adjournment. Thereafter, for the past two years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3. In view of the above, this petition cannot be considered now and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
