This Appeal Suit has been filed as against the Judgment and Decree dated 16.08.2012 made in O.S.No.12 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. It is seen from the records that the suit was filed for

recovery of money and the same was decreed. Aggrieved by the same, the present Appeal Suit. However, the appellant failed to pay any batta for issuance of notice to the respondents. No interim application has been filed. It shows that already the amount has been realised by the first respondent/plaintiff. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default.
