O R D E R

Challenging the order passed in E.P.No.310 of 2015 in O.S.No.4695 of 1995 on the file of the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the Judgment Debtor has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.The respondents are the Decree Holders, who are the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and had entered into a joint memorandum of compromise dated 03.10.2016.

4.The learned counsel on either side also produced the joint memorandum of compromise dated 03.10.2016 before this Court. The compromise memo has been signed by all the parties, including their respective counsels. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 03.10.2016. The petitioner and the respondents were also present in the Court and they have also acknowledged the due execution of the joint memorandum of compromise. 5.The joint memorandum of compromise dated 03.10.2016 shall form part of the record and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 03.10.2016. No costs.
