(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the present writ appeal arises out of the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. Since the writ court has listed the main writ petition for final hearing, learned counsel for the appellants does not wish to press this writ appeal any further.
In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is closed.
