This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned to' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the course of argument, it was wrongly represented that the relevant community certificate has been issued, but it is only an order passed by the District Collector.

Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the said error may be rectified in the order wherever it occurs viz. in paragraph Nos.

4, 5 & 6.

3.Accordingly, wherever the words 'community certificate' is mentioned in paragraph Nos. 4 , 5 & 6, it shall be read as order passed by the 'District Collector, Cuddalore'.

Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making above corrections in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 & 6 in the aforesaid order dated 18.02.2015.
