ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Roc.No. 952/ 2024 (A1)-2 dated 15.04.2024 and quash the same, and Consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 26.07.2025 in accordance with law and reinstate the petitioner in Service as Village Assistant, H.Agaraharam Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, with all attendant and monetary benefits.
2. Though a larger relief is sought for in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his claim to the issuance of a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2025.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner to put forth his case, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
