ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.184 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is doing land broker work and the defacto complainant paid money to the petitioner for the purchase of land and thereby cheated the defacto complainant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and hence the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.

5. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that initially the petitioner had agreed to execute the land but later he cheated and the amount was also not recovered.

6. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
