This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 06.04.2010 passed in SA.No.951 of 1996.

2.The second appeal was already dismissed by this Court by an order dated 06.04.2010. This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 06.04.2010 for the purpose of pending Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.1495 of 1995 on the file of this Court. Thereafter, this Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.1495 of 1995 was also dismissed by this Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
