Respondent PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the 26 Eviction Petitions filed by the petitioner and thereby provide administrative assistance on an expeditious basis under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to take possession of the secured assets with respect to the applications filed by the petitioner and pending from 2013 onwards.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions in relation to 26 Eviction Petitions filed by the petitioner and she has also made an endorsement to this effect.

2. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
