ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He submitted that the appeal is ready for final hearing and sought a short adjournment to advance his arguments. To that effect, an endorsement has also been made in the petition.

Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
