This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.2 of 2012, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2012, has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore. He further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, has taken the charge sheet on file in C.C.No.132 of 2018 and the same is pending for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his defence before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
