Seeking a direction to the respondent to make necessary enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 and ensure necessary protection to the petitioner and his workers in the interest of justice, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
