This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders vide order dated 13.04.2022, in Crl.A.No.379 of 2022.

The aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month, for a period of five months.
