This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.215 of 2014, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to file final report in FIR.No.215 of 2014 on or before 31.07.2015. 4.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
