Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records with regard to the proceedings in CC No.54 of 2011 pending trial before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.1 Namakkal and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned. ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records with regard to the proceedings in CC No.54 of 2011 pending trial before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.1 Namakkal and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.54 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
