ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021 and issue the Patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property situated at Vellore District, Tirupattur Taluk, Nattrampalli, Pantharapalli village, in Survey Nos.21/2 to an extent of 18.3 Ares, *22/1 to an extent of 48.0 Ares, 22/6 to an extent of 6.50 Ares, 21/11 to

an extent of 0.2 Ares, 20/2 to an extent of 22.5, totally comes as 97.5 Ares.

2. Heard, Mr.B.Ramar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
