JUDGMENT

After the death of the sole plaintiff, the Legal Representatives have been impleaded as plaintiffs 2 to 5. The second, third and fifth plaintiffs have executed Power of Attorney in favour of the fourth plaintiff empowering her to appear before this Court and to admit the execution of the terms of Memo.

2.The second and fourth defendants are present before this Court. The first and third defendants have excuted Power of Attorney in favour of the second defendant.

3.The second defendant is stated to have signed in the compromise memo. The compromise memo has been signed by both the counsels and both the parties referred above. The parties before the Court have admitted the terms of compromise to be true, correct and valid.

Hence, the suit is decreed in terms of Memo of Compromise. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Applications, if are closed.
