ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents based on petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has borrowed loan and purchased BOLERO PICK-UP vehicle from the 2nd and 3rd respondents and the said vehicle was burned in a fire accident and thereafter, the petitioner paid the entire loan amount. Even then, the private respondents not issued No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, for which, the petitioner made a complaint before the 1st respondent and the same was not considered yet. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 2/5

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's complaint and pass appropriate orders.

4. In view thereof, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2020, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
