Respondents --- Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute the necessary documentation in transferring the school lands in accordance with the Rashtriya Madhyamic Siksha Abhiyan Scheme to avail the funds from the Union Government for the construction of School building to Panchayat Union School and Government High School, Ayanadur Village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Villupuram District providing with separate toilets to boys and girls, drinking water, compound wall to the said School, remove the illegal encroachment to the school lands.

O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The steps required to be taken in terms of para 2(i) and 2(ii) of our order dated 08.06.2015 stand complied with. As far as the step envisaged under para 2(iii) is concerned, the State Government is stated to have addressed the Central Government and now awaiting release of funds. The affidavit of the fourth respondent states that the construction of the school building will be started and the work completed within a year from the release of the funds by the Government of India.

2. In view of the aforesaid, no further directions are required other than for the matter to be followed-up by the State Government with the Central Government for release of funds.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar Copies to;
