In a proposed suit for recovery of specific amounts from defendants 1 to 5 and 8, the plaintiff seeks leave to institute the suit against respondents 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the suit claim arises out of a Sale cum Development Agreement dated 10.12.2010, which was executed at Chennai. It is further stated that the payments which are sought to be recovered were made from the plaintiff's bank at Chennai.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, it is clear that that a substantial part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, A.No.409 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against respondents 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 before this Court.
