O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2014 for the offences 294(b), 323, 448, 506(i) of IPC r/w.Section 3(1) Tamil Nadu Property Damages Act and to expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.136 of 2014 before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
