ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to return the vehicle Bajaj CD 100 bearing registration No.TN 22 AL 1312 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham as per the order dated 08.09.2014 in C.M.P.No.6061 of 2014, seized in Crime No.312 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 4(1)a, 4(1-A)ii of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act by the respondent. 2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the vehicle has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham on 26.11.2014 and the same has been received in C.P.No.650 of 2014 and form 95 has been produced. It is now represented that the case has been closed as Mistake of Fact and R.C.S.No.192 of 2017 dated 08.07.2017 has been served.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
