Mr. K.Prabakar Government Advocate (Crl.side) ------- C O M M O N O R D E R These criminal original petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on 04.02.2015 in Crl.M.P.Nos.166 and 169 of 2015.

2. The learned Magistrate, while granting bail, has imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 08.00 a.m and 06.00 pm for a period of one month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The petitioner has complied with the said condition only for a period of 17 days and thereafter, since he was out of station, he was not in a position to comply with the same. When the petitioner again went to the police station for complying with the condition for the rest of the period, the respondent has not allowed the petitioner to sign. Hence the present petition has been filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5.Considering the submissions, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for the remaining period of 13 days daily at 08.00am and 06.00 pm.

6. With the above direction, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
