The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2017 and issue computer patta as per our sale deed dated 10.03.1948 vide document No.313 of 1948.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
