ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.93 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri and quash the same by allowing the Criminal Original Petition.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial commenced already four witnesses was examined, the next hearing on 12.03.2019 as such the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered now.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Trial court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.93 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
