Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
