ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.02.2026 to rectify the errors by cancelling the current FMB in the CollabWeb Digital FMB records relating to the survey numbers in 150/3, 150/1A2B1, 150/1A2B2, 150/1A2B3, 150/1A2B4, 150/1A2B5 and 150/1A2A situated at Kannampalayam village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District after cancelling the current wrong FMB, with the help of surveyor the actual measurements can be done, consequently updated in CollabWeb (Survey Department Software) Digital FMB records. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the official respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd & 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
