The petitioner, apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that anticipatory bail has already been granted in Crl.O.P.No.13425 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
