O R D E R

The defendants in O.S.No.41 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time. 2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2014 for permanent injunction.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the defendants have filed their written statement and the suit is posted for trial. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the defendants are put to hardship and prejudice. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif, Arni, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
