ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the property morefully disclosed in the prayer of this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her online application, dated 13.03.2026.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 13.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the Page No.2 of 4

objections, if any, from the 4th respondent, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the 4th respondent, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
