C.M.P.Nos.13003, 13005 & 13009 of 2021 have been filed to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Murugesan and to condone the delay of 341 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Murugesan in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel submitted that he is appearing for proposed parties and he has no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.13009 of 2021. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions and the recording the objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, C.M.P.No.13009 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.13009 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.13003 & 13005 of 2021 are also ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(NPD).No.3958 of 2016.
