2. According to the applicant, he has not been served with the original arbitral award and he has been able to get only a xerox copy of the arbitral award. In these circumstances, he seeks for dispensing with the production of original arbitral award in this application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that with regard to the limitation 1/3
