ORDER

The petitioner was placed under suspension by an order dated 30.06.2021. Even before the respondent could issue any charge memo, the petitioner has rushed to the court. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed by directing the respondent to frame an appropriate charge memo and serve it on the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.In case, no charge memo is issued by the respondents, they are directed to reinstate the petitioner at the expiry of three months of this order. The respondents are also directed to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner during the period of suspension.

3.This writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs.
