(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The above Writ of Habeas Corpus petition has been filed, to issue a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's son viz.Dhanushkumar, aged about 17 years before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.The petitioner's minor son, aged about 17 years, had gone missing and hence, a complaint with regard to the same was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.65 of 2024 under the caption "boy missing". In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed. 3.After the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had taken notice on behalf of the second respondent, the second respondent police have secured the the petitioner's son and produced him before this Court. When we interacted with the minor boy, he expressed his willingness to reconcile with his mother.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence no further orders are required in this petition.
