By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.Y.Bhuvanesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.S.Sundaramoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider and allot one plot to the petitioner in the 65 un-allotted plots in Mahakavi Bharathi Nagar Scheme, New Perungalathur. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has already made an application in this regard. The petitioner would state that he filed an application under the Right to Information Act and a reply was given on 17.01.2014 by the Public Information Officer stating that out of 205 plots 65 plots are yet to be allotted. The correctness of the information furnished to the petitioner cannot be examined at this juncture since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

4. Hence, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
