ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent / Tahsildar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, for grant of patta for the lands which had been assigned measuring 0.83.0 hectares in S.F.No.707 at Mookandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner had given a representation only on 16.06.2021. It is incumbent on the part of the petitioner to file an application seeking patta through online method and also pay necessary charges.

3.I am not examining the merits of the case, but let the 3rd respondent, examine the representation of the petitioner and simultaneously the petitioner also make an online application for grant of patta. The 3rd respondent, Tahsildar, may make a thorough enquiry with respect to the holdings of the petitioner and thereafter, enquire the petitioner herein and also examine the revenue records and if he is thoroughly satisfied, then proceed further for grant of necessary relief in the application to be made by the petitioner herein. The petitioner should necessarily apply within a period of two weeks and from the date of such application, a period of 16 weeks is granted to the 3rd respondent to examine the said application and do the needful. If the 3rd respondent takes a decision to reject the application, then such order should be given with reasons. 4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
