ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Raja Janakiraman, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the entire encroachment as alleged in the Writ Petition has been removed on 12.07.2023.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned State Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.16235 of 2023 is closed.
