This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Further, both the learned counsel would submit that the pleadings and arguments were completed and therefore, they seek for extension of Mandate till 14.09.2024.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator till 14.09.2024.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended till 14.09.2024.
