Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.329/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in SC.No.448 of 2011 dated 15.04.2019 by the learned 2nd Additional Session Judge, Chennai and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the above appeal. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.
