JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for the appellants and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the impugned order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with and the case of the respondent/original writ petitioner institution has been considered. Two posts have been sanctioned to the original writ petitioner institution, instead of three as claimed by the writ petitioner.

3. In view of that, now the purpose of filing the appeal does not survive.

4. The learned counsel for the original writ petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ appeal, one vacancy had arisen and the same was filled in. A proposal has been submitted to the Educational Officer for approval and the same is pending. It is for the authority concerned to decide it on its own merits.
