O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner has the grievance that the new bus stand constructed is not being used. This can hardly be an area of concern in a Public Interest Litigation.
2. Be that as it may, learned Government Pleader has produced a letter from the National Highways Authority of India dated 15.10.2012 to state that the safety measures required that the bus stand should be opened only after completion of the 6laning work. He thus submits that when the 6-laning work is completed, the bus stand can be inaugurated.
3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
