This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.9771 of 2021 dated 20.04.2021.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the proceedings of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests dated 09.09.2022 was placed before this Court. A copy of the same has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
