This application has been filed to extend the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of 6 months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

Further, he requested this Court to extend the Mandate for a period of 12 months.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 12 months.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
