This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to further direct to transfer the investigation to CBCID and expedite the investigation and find the real culprits in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2012.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that enquiry was conducted on the above complaint and closed on 04.06.2012.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
