.. Respondent Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2021 in W.P.No.2084 of 2021.

(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) Ms.C.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.02.2021 has been complied with by issuing notice dated 02.03.2021, 09.09.2022 and 23.09.2022 to the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.2084 of 2021 viz., N.Umarani. The said Umarani filed W.P.No.26678 of 2022 challenging the notice of the respondent dated 09.09.2022 issued under Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act and obtained interim order. While granting interim order, the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 30.09.2022 directed the respondent not to take any coercive action against the said Umarani. In view of the same, the respondent has not proceeded further and based on the result of W.P.No.26678 of 2022, the respondent will proceed further and pass orders.
2.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition 2/4
