O R D E R

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the 1st respondent dated 19.05.2017 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to fix the reasonable rent from 01.07.2016 as per the Government Order.

3. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) appearing for the respondents submitted the petitioner has got a remedy by way of a appeal before the Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Secretariat, Chennai 9.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands closed and I give liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 19.05.2017 passed by the 1st respondent before the Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Secretariat, Chennai 9, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
