The petitioner made a representation on 28.08.2015 making a request for new family card on the ground that the earlier one was destroyed in fire accident, which occurred in the residence of the petitioner. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
