ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint dated 18.03.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Though the Palacode Police Station has not been made as party, Mr.P.Muthusamy, Sub Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station, Dharamapuri District, is present.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that, on the complaint dated 18.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending with the Palacode Police Station in C.No.326 of 2016.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner and his son are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station and co-operate with the enquiry. The Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station, Dharmapuri District, is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case under due intimation to the petitioner. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
