O R D E R

Today when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents submits that although the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021 in Cont.P.No.1163 of 2018 has been complied with, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is only a partial compliance in as much as the respondents have given only approval recognizing the petitioner's temporary appointment. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General further submits that it is usual practice and an order approving the appointment of the petitioner will be issued in due course.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and by learned Additional Advocate General, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
