This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have compromised the matter among themselves. The final report that was filed, was challenged before this Court and the same has been quashed, due to the compromise between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition to quash the FIR.
